We were disappointed with it here.we saw many reveiews good and bad we should have listened to the bad.The cabins are old and not clean. We think the problem was that our housekeeper looked to be 12 years old.The floors were sticky, the toilet stained,just not clean.very disappointing.We are coming back to Chincoteague but will make other hotel arrangements.

Me and my boyfriend stayed at Snug Harbor in Chincoteague in 2005.We rented a waterfront villa for only $99 a night.We also rented a boat and went fishing all day and came back and watched the sunset while we cooked on the waterfront deck,thinking this is the life.We have to go back soon.Great location for couples and families.

Chincoteague Island is dirty and full of juvenile deliquents. Why would anyone want to spend their hard earned money vacationing here? I don't get it at all. The locals are very rude and the hotels are more expensive then they should be. This is an island that definitely needs to get some class!

We come to Chincoteague a few times a year and we love it! We always stay at Snug Harbor...we love the laid back atmosphere and always enjoy relaxing at the tiki bar! We love being on the water and they rent boats and also canoes and kayaks for exploring.The atmosphere is very tropical with lots of sand and palm trees..the cottages are very cozy and comfortable..we wouldn't stay anywhere else! We love Chincoteague!
