Chincoteague Island is dirty and full of juvenile deliquents. Why would anyone want to spend their hard earned money vacationing here? I don't get it at all. The locals are very rude and the hotels are more expensive then they should be. This is an island that definitely needs to get some class!

No Tiki Bar or Jet skis as advertised The owner was rude to the children and all guest. Closed at 5:00 with no one there until 7:00 AM the next day Do NOT take a family or people you like there!

We were disappointed with it here.we saw many reveiews good and bad we should have listened to the bad.The cabins are old and not clean. We think the problem was that our housekeeper looked to be 12 years old.The floors were sticky, the toilet stained,just not clean.very disappointing.We are coming back to Chincoteague but will make other hotel arrangements.
