This castle-like hotel is breath-taking. Upon walking out to the private beach, you are greeted by two men who ask if you'd like an umbrella, follow you out to your spot of choice on the sand, and they drill holes in the sand and place your umbrella in the sand for you. Forgot your towel? No problem - they will get you one. Thirsty? They ...

Incredible History and Beauty

The Breakers is unlike any resort on the East Coast. The staff is over the top friendly, the service impeccable, the cuisine 5 star, and the ocean vistas breathtaking. Henry Flagler built this hotel and when it burned down early in the 20th century, he built the Breakers of today. The drive up to the hotel is along a brick driveway and shadowed ...

Mediocre and a terrible Deal
By TV Watcher, 01/28/07
I have meetings twice a year in Palm Beach and I have been lucky enough to stay at the Ritz and the Four Seasons several times.
I was really looking forward to my December trip to the Breakers having heard nothing but great things about it over the years.
I could go on and on, but while the lobby was gorgeous, the room looked like something ...

Loved the hotel, the service and staff were great. The food and drink prices were very high and a 20% tip was added. Come to find out the staff only gets 10% percent of that. It is great for a weekend break.

True Escape to a Lost Era's Luxury
By pegwhite, 05/22/05
The Breaker's Hotel is a must see destination whether searching for luxury or peacefulness. Step back in time to the days of railroad barons, afternoon tea, idle afternoons by the secluded pool or shoreside, and a place where service still exists. Leave the world behind you as you cross into exclusive Palm Beach and feel time come to a stop ...

A Very Memorable Vacation
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/11/05
The Breakers was wonderful. The beautiful room was comfortable, the hotel is architecturally impressive, the food was delicious and the spa was refreshing. However, in my opinion, the best thing was the beach. There is a nice pool too but I LOVED the wave jumping and boogie boarding.

Classic Elegance
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/09/04
Great service in this classic elegant hotel. This grand hotel sits on a perfect stretch of white sand beach. Various pool and tennis courts to amuse you. Rooms are a bit small but upgrading their technology. Good place for meetings and corporate events. Dress in style as old world Palm Beach is out in full force.
