Rooms have been updated, beds were comfortable, room was clean, staff very nice & helpful. Breakfast was a nice start to the day. Couple of restuarants close by. Would go back.

Hotel is old. They are renovating which consists of painting over the old walls. The towels and bathroom floor had hair on them, the tile in the shower was mildewed. Old window air conditioner units that were noisy, and elevators that make you glad to take the stairs. Awful, terrible, bad.

Well, the front desk staff was very rude and couldn't even fulfill a basic request such as calling our room to let us know when our pizza arrived, even when we called to let them know that we had ordered one. The staff was sarcastic, rude and unprofessional. An employee (manager) almost ran my son over in the parking garage on his way to park in one of the few handicapped parking spots. I don't know what these other people are gripping about, but I visit when ever I need a change of Pace... I've had parties there and breakfast. I always get a coner room, the one with least bit of light and an in room spa/jaccuzi... ahh so relaxing... ROOM SERVICE!!!

The first room I went to was about 95 degrees and the temperature control setting was all the way on the coolest setting. I called and was promptly given another room, in which the climate control was working properly. Rest of the place was fine. Service was prompt. Free Coffee at later hours was nice.

The staff is very rude. I was here for a long term stay and the desk staff was really aweful.
I had desk staff try to convert me to their religion and the management does nothing to challenge the staff to act in a professional manner.
