We stayed here on our way to Hilton Head from Boston. We were exhausted but the staff was wonderful, helpful, went above and beyond bringing cookies and milk to our room for free for our kids and extra towels without even asking. Beautiful lobby and bar, room was spotless and room service was good and came right when they said it would. would stop again in an instant.

The hotel was ok and clean, but the lobby was lacking, and they charged for everything extra. They did not have courtesy computer with internet access that many hotels have. Overall a slightly above average hotel, but not cheap! Parking alone was $20 extra a day!

The Omni and the Jefferson are by far the best hotels to stay at in Richmond. The staff at the omni is very friendly and courteous. The rooms are large and nicely appointed. The front staff, location, and lobby of the hotel is the only positve attributes it has. The service of the restaurant was horrible. The servers looked as though they were picked up off the street. The food took too long to be prepared and was horrible to the taste. Room service was exactly the same. A hotel that boast about impeccable service should live up to that statement!
