The best hotel for the money in Richmond.The Omni and the Jefferson are by far the best hotels to stay at in Richmond. The staff at the omni is very friendly and courteous. The rooms are large and nicely appointed. Rooms are larger and just as nice if not nicer than at the Jefferson, for half the price. Excellent place to stayThe staff at the Omni was first class, always very courteous and willing to help. The room was clean and everything in the room worked. Wonderful StayWe stayed here on our way to Hilton Head from Boston. We were exhausted but the staff was wonderful, helpful, went above and beyond bringing cookies and milk to our room for free for our kids and extra towels without even asking. Beautiful lobby and bar, room was spotless and room service was good and came right when they said it would. would stop again in an instant.2 of 2 Yahoo! Good location, comfortable hotel.My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Omni Richmond. He stayed at the Omni for the preceding two nights, and we stayed there together after the reception. We were very pleased with our stay - the staff was friendly and helpful.

Best advice: Don't stay here!The front staff, location, and lobby of the hotel is the only positve attributes it has. The service of the restaurant was horrible. The servers looked as though they were picked up off the street. The food took too long to be prepared and was horrible to the taste. Room service was exactly the same.
