The front staff, location, and lobby of the hotel is the only positve attributes it has. The service of the restaurant was horrible. The servers looked as though they were picked up off the street. The food took too long to be prepared and was horrible to the taste. Room service was exactly the same. A hotel that boast about impeccable service should live up to that statement!

The hotel was ok and clean, but the lobby was lacking, and they charged for everything extra. They did not have courtesy computer with internet access that many hotels have. Overall a slightly above average hotel, but not cheap! Parking alone was $20 extra a day!

The Omni and the Jefferson are by far the best hotels to stay at in Richmond. The staff at the omni is very friendly and courteous. The rooms are large and nicely appointed. The hotel was absolutely beautiful inside. Everything was very professional and the view from the rooms is great!

The Omni treats all of their guests like family. I have not once had someone not treat me with the utmost respect. The hotel is clean, the rooms spacious. Overall, one of the best places I have stayed.

The staff is soo friendly, it makes me want to go back, and the buffet breakfast, where the make the omlettes right in front of you, excellent, Ill be back for sure!!

The staff at the Omni was first class, always very courteous and willing to help. The room was clean and everything in the room worked. All of the bars and taverns in the Shockoe Slip district are maybe a block away.
