I went to Cabo's in hopes of finding some decent food in Richmond and based on the pricing(Over $30 an entree) I had high expectations.

They food especially the entrees were downright awful. Meat and Sea Bass were almost not edible.

The atmosphere is very nice but who would go there and spend over $150 a couple for that low quality of food is beyond me.

Would not return there if it was for free
