This was the worst trip I have ever taken. They have no common curtesy, so crowded and dirty, they could cut back on the polution. They need some friendly venders that are not trying to just sell whatever they have.

Like to gamble, go elsewhere. Casino workers are rude and the odds at the tables are as bad as they get. If you don't like your women with feathers, forget it. It reminds me a lot of a mexican boarder town with casinos. It is cheesy to the extreme and is just the same as it was over 30 years ago. If you don't gamble, or want to see some has-been that's been performing there forever..what is there to do? Nothing!!!

Nobody wants to be in sleaze-city for a romantic getaway! Las Vegas may be the place for a bachelor/ette party, but not for a couple!! The dirt, smog, smell, sleazy billboards...not worth it!! Go ANYWHERE besides here!!

It is a soulless place. Everything gaudy can be found here. It so lacks in substance that all it can do is try to imitate other places that do (pyramids, riviera,.....).

Las Vegas, NV has become a trap in which one can lose a lot of money. The hotels no longer offer good service . . . the food, for the most part isn't that good . . . or if it's good it really costs a lot.

The best old time vegas style restaurant is William B's in the Stardust.

Skip the air conditioning and the casino ripoffs (they tease the gullible with the fantasy of getting rich as they happily take your money) and visit Death Valley or Zion National Park instead!

The wind blows frequently and fiercely. In the middle of the summer temperatures reach 115 degrees. With the wind behind that heat it's like being in a blast furnace. The restaurant food is mediocre, the service mediocre to poor. Gas prices are the highest in the nation. Traffic around the Strip is deadlocked at night. Las Vegas is a very light-polluted city. If you are an astronomy buff, live somewhere else.

I paid 6 months in advance for a Queen size bed and a handi-cap room and they gave it away to someone that just walked in.They tried to give us a lower grade room and I had to fight them to get what I paid for.

Las Vegas is no place for families with children under the age of 21!! There are a few attrections for families, the Adventure Dome, the Aquareium at Mandaly Bay, and the tigers and dalphins at the Marige but unless your idea of a great vacation is to sit by the pool and stare at scantily clad attendents, Vegas is not for you.
