We go back every yearMy wife and I go every year around the same time as the Aloha Festivals. The festival is a week long event that starts with a "block party" in downtown Honolulu, then ends in another "block party" in Waikiki.

Where East meets WestI liked Honolulu so much I just moved here! If you want to appreciate all Hawaii has to offer spend a few days in Honolulu before rushing to a quiet island. If you can, stay at the Kahala Mandarin Oriental for a great calm beach or at The Halekulani for the Waikiki experience. Immediately adorn good Aloha attire and head outdoors.

HawaiiI just Love It. The scenery and the hotels are amazing. If you are looking for a family vacation this would be the place to go , I mean it was absolutely awesome and wonderful. The people of the city are wonderful, they are some of the most kind people in the world!!!!!

Hawaii is more than you can imagineHonolulu is a great combination of relaxation and activity. The people here are very friendly, and the culture is warm and laid back. Waikiki makes for fun people watching. It is a great melting pot of people from all around the world. Don't worry too much about your hotel, because you likely won't spend much time in it. I love Hawaii!!!I love Hawaii!! It is a great place to visit, when you go make sure you travel around the whole island and see the non-tourist areas and those are the best places!! And always check around for the best flight and hotel you can get some great deals if you take the time to look!!

Paradise in its purest form!I found Honolulu to be perfect in every way! The temps were gorgeous, the food fabulous, wonderful scents in the air, the people friendly and anything you could want to do is there. I barely noticed any difference of price at all when eating out, unless I ate at a hotel restaurant.
