Being from Trinidad, I decided to take four of my co-workers to a Caribbean restaurant. The Caribbean Chef lived up to my expectation of Caribbean cuisine. I had the curry chicken with steamed cabbage, fried plantain. It was delicious. Even my co-workers raved about the ambience and food when we got back to office. Atmosphere was pleasent with the reggae music playing in the background. I will visit this restaurant again. Definitely.
